Class is now in session!
Carolina, all service providers in the cosmetic arts industry are required to
receive continuing education. All
manicurists are required 8 hours yearly to renew their licensing. From our governing body, here are the updated
Effective April 1, 2012 licensees
- Maintain records of course title,
description, date, address of location and number of hours earned
- Ensure at least 50% of subject
matter broadens the knowledge of the cosmetic art profession (instructors
– 50% teacher training techniques/and enhance the ability to communicate)
- After completion of these
requirements date and sign affirmation of course completion. All licensees
may be subject to audit and must provide records of course title,
description, date, address of location and number of hours earned if
requested by the Board.
Course providers no longer need submit
course applications, packets, lesson plans, schedules or attendee information
directly to the Board. Should you have any questions or if we can be of other

Classes are available in your salon or in my private studio, on Sundays
Private one-on-one custom
This session is all about you. I will work with you hands-on in
any medium, acrylic, gel or both, that you would like to know. Whether you are a beginner needing to learn
basics, or an experienced tech needing new tricks of the trade, we will work
together to customize the time together for the most bang for your buck!
4 hours hands on plus
4 hours mentoring with follow/shadowing
Group class $80 per person
We will choose either acrylic or gel, include some nail art, and cover it 100%! From everyday salon nails, to art and couture
styles, you are guaranteed to learn something new. Minimum attendance is 5 people, and our class certificates can
provide all 8 required CE hours. Snacks included, and we break for 30 minute lunch.
